You don’t need a diagnosis or a clear explanation of what you are struggling with to come to therapy. You might be going through something difficult, noticing patterns you’d like to understand, or simply wanting a space to reflect. We can work it out together.
The first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for and any questions you may have. You can share at your own pace.
Please contact our practice manager, Cherise, using the details on our contact page. She can assist with availability, answer practical questions and help connect you with a psychologist.
We offer therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Each psychologist has their own areas of interest and experience, and we can help you find someone who feels like a good fit.
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
We work with a range of medical aids. Cover depends on your plan, available benefits and the service provided. We do also assist with Prescribed Minimum Benefits applications where most medical aids grant up to 15 sessions a year, if approved. We aim to make this process as seamless as possible. Cherise can help with billing queries, and we recommend confirming your benefits with your medical aid before your first session.
This depends on your needs, goals and circumstances. Your psychologist will discuss a suitable starting point with you and review this together as therapy progresses.
We are an appointment-based practice and cannot provide immediate crisis support. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please go to your nearest emergency department or contact emergency services.

Yes! Feel free to read through our psychologists’ bios on the ‘Our Team’ page. If someone feels like a good fit, let Cherise know when you contact us, and she’ll let you know their availability.
